• eBooks: Refunds are available for physical eBook purchases if returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Massage Tools: We offer a 30-day refund policy on unopened and unused tools. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
